I used to be able to overlook the capitalist charm of this company, but since the Cinnamon Rolls have given way to tastefully subterranean bread, I have boycotted this place. I know from a confidential source that the cheese is weighed to the gram, so as not to sprinkle too much on the pizza. The drivers and cooks are under time pressure and the delivery is accordingly quick (max. 30 minutes). However, something is missing or the order is completely mixed up. On top of that, the pizzas are very greasy and the ingredients (of course) not fresh. It's kind of like the McDonalds of pizza delivery services.

Delicious! Fast delivery. Many offers that come by email. I can only recommend it!

Very good but the staff seems a bit stressed

The food is not bad, but which borderline-dubious Vollpfosten came up with the brilliant idea to exclude the entire university district, Weidengraben and Petrisberg from the delivery area? It's not as if not all student residences, thousands upon thousands of apartments, many companies, etc. are here. And that at a mere 3 kilometers away.

The fleet is extremely loud and always moving too fast. The standard varieties are halfway edible. But that's it.

I order a discounted pizza. Then the woman from Domino's calls me and says: "Unfortunately we do not deliver to your address". First I am supposed to open a case with Paypal to get my money back and later I see a Domino's scooter driving into our parking lot, which is delivering the food for someone else. Incredible...

Unfriendly and inattentive staff, unfortunately mushy pizza and long waiting times. Either too much sauce or semi-raw ingredients.

Waited 2 hours. It was called 1 hour. Pizza cold. The outer edge not covered at all and you only saw dough. Salad was in a small bowl. Less of the amount although the same price. The greatest assistants work here. I never order from the dirty shop again.

Once again another disappointment. After ordering a pizza online and receiving a notification of it being ready, my pizza was given without any confirmation to another customer who also ordered online. The customer returned my pizza and the Domino's employee wanted to give it to me, not knowing what had happened to the pizza - not an intelligent decision given these covid times. After refusing the pizza, he said he would make another but added in an impolite manner that I'd have to wait 10 minutes and he never apologised. Having paid already, I accepted but was in a rush, so the whole mess up was very annoying and never apologised for. The typical response from Domino's is a voucher code to be used on the app, but these never work when I place an order.

Waited 3 hours for the pizza. Forget about dressing. Order online with info did not arrive. We ordered a large pizza but got a small one. No check in the salad. Never here again

The cinnamon bread didn't even look like the pictures and it just tasted disgusting. The cookies had expired a few days ago and were still fully charged. In addition, the delivery took longer than specified. Not recommendable.

Finished super quickly and really tasty, pizzas could have a harder base, but otherwise they are very fine and filled with fresh ingredients. I can only recommend desserts at Domino's, all super super delicious.

They were nice people with us and thank the invoice manager, she was nice and nice.
